The Summer Sketchbook Challenge is a free weekly email designed to help you slow down, notice the beauty around you, and capture your summer one simple page at a time. Each week, you’ll receive a gentle watercolor prompt encouraging you to paint or journal moments from your everyday life — morning coffee on the porch, fresh flowers from the market, beach walks, road trips, favorite recipes, or quiet summer evenings.
Along the way, you’ll receive occasional video tutorials, simple sketch outlines to trace and paint, and encouraging creative ideas that make watercolor feel approachable and relaxing. No fancy supplies needed — just a sketchbook, a small watercolor set, and a brush or two.
This challenge isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating a summer you can look back on… one painted memory at a time.
